We understand that to embed diversity into an organisation that training is an essential part of achieving this. Our approach to training is one that is unique and effective. We recognise that learning needs to be achieved at both an operational level and at an individual level.
At an operational level our focus is on equal opportunities and diversity approaches; understanding of the legislative framework and its implications for their daily work activities.
However, we pride ourselves in our innovative methods of engaging participants to examine what can be a very complex subject of bias and prejudice. We achieve this by allowing participants to explore, in a safe, challenging and enjoyable learning experience, their own personal views and values and how this can impact on others around them and indeed, the organisation as a whole.
