I have always had a keen interest in psychology, mind and behaviour, and my work has led me into environments whereby I need to have empathy, good listening skills and rapport with others.

My career journey started with this passion in mind and after graduating from university with a degree in psychology and criminology I spent several years working with victims of crime both in a direct supporting role and within a managerial capacity.

It was during this time that I embarked on my training role, designing and delivering courses and gaining my City and Guilds teaching qualification. I understand the need to keep participants motivated and interested. So I design courses which are participative, interactive, reflective and engage individuals at different levels.

Over recent years, I have encountered many changes in my life which have been positive but also in some ways difficult, requiring my need to adjust quickly to changes. It has been through the process in which I have embraced psychology and self awareness, to enable me to fulfil my dreams and ambitions. Becoming a Master Practitioner in NLP has given me further resources to continue to enhance my own life but also to be able to facilitate positive change in others.

The concept of P3 (Percepi, Percepti, Perceptum) to learn, to gain, to understand is the core of my belief that people and organisations can be the most effective they can be by learning about the value of the individual and by individuals learning about themselves and how they can be the best at what they want to be.
