Carol M…

I originally trained as an HR professional and have worked in both the public and private sectors.  However of all my roles within the HR sector I particularly enjoyed working within learning and development.  After having a career break to spend time with my children, I returned to work this time in the voluntary sector where I specialised in recruitment, training and development and one of my greatest joys was seeing volunteers embrace personal development and go on to support people within their own communities.  Whilst working within this sector I became a Nationally Accredited Trainer for the organisation and went to deliver a range of management training all of which was based on the principles of experiential learning and were person centred in approach.

I feel I am able to provide a positive training experience enabling effective learning to take place. As well as working with groups I particularly enjoy one to one work and have many years experience of supervision and supporting people through their own journey of learning and development.  As part of my own personal development I have recently become an NLP Practitioner which has added to my range of skills in supporting others.

I have been working as a freelance trainer for the last four years, and have a long association with P3 Training and Consultancy and have seen it go from strength to strength.
