P3 is a husband and wife team who provides bespoke consultancy and training solutions to the private, public and voluntary sectors.

 

Carol

Carol has lifelong interest in psychology and the power of mind and behaviour. She has worked in the voluntary sector providing both a supporting and managerial role. Carol has been training for over 10 years in personal and professional development.

Following her ambition and passion Carol set up P3 to enable individuals and organisation reach their full potential

Mark

Mark provides consultancy services to social housing providers, private companies and statutory agencies. He specialises in providing clarity, support and assistance in developing equality and diversity policies, strategies with the emphasis on outcome focused implementation plans at executive and operational levels.

Having been an Army Sargeant (he doesn’t shout anymore!), Mark joined the voluntary sector in 1994.

Mark provides solutions to effective engagement and inclusion practices to public sector organisations and the Voluntary Sector.

Mark has extensive knowledge and experience in community development and engaging the ‘hard to reach’.

Mark works with senor executives in developing Equality and Diversity Strategies that have measurable practical outcomes.

Mark also provides coaching and mentoring support for staff.

Yet another Carol!

Carol Muter works as an Associate with P3 Training and Consultancy.  She is a training and development professional and has an HR background gained in both the public and private sector.  She is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

Carol has over 15 years experience of working within the voluntary and not for profit sectors, providing  training and personal development courses including a range of soft skills, management skills and has specialist knowledge in providing training on Domestic Violence and Abuse.
